Tank's Sushi Bistro(wgv)

Great display, great staff, great atmosphere. Order Green Dragon, Toyu Rolla and Squid. Squid was something you don't find in restaurants, let alone, attractive and served in a few places. It came out warm. It seems they cooked it like dry meat. I suppose, Lemon Cured. There was a spicy sauce about it.

The food is so delicious and very good quality. Also the customer service was very good. Every time I come, the servers and the owner welcome me. A welcoming atmosphere with very delicious food?

It had been awhile since we visited this creative and fresh sushi house.. and we were not disappointed! Had had lunch several times here but we decided on dinner tonite. The Tuna Tataki was so tasty and tender? so good! The Tri-color roll was so colorful and full of salmon, ginger and avocado? definitely will reorder! We also had the Florida Roll (tuna, salmon, cucumber, krab and avocado), the mixed veggie roll (the best one in the city in my opinion) a piece of mackerel and a red tobiko. All very tasty! They understand how to do sushi here!

This has been one of our regular stops in St Augustine for the past 7 years. It hasn?t always been perfect, but it seems they have upped their sushi game. This was the most crowded we have ever seen it, and that is good to see. Staff is always so friendly. Lili Was our server and she was wonderful. We started with Kani Salad which is cucumber and crab stick, and pan fried pork gyoza, with a bottle of very smooth mango sake. RJ said the dumplings were the best we?ve had, and the sake was very delicate and refreshing. We shared an order of Harumaki which are Japanese spring rolls. They were light and crispy with a really great sauce that had a kick. He ordered a Fancy roll which was shrimp tempura, cucumber, and spicy grab salad. I ordered the Lobster King roll which was lobster tempura with avocado, mango, and spicy crab. Both rolls were creative and delicious. All the flavors of the roll were in each bite. I especially loved the mango and avocado in mine. Tanks opened a second location and we almost tried that one instead but it was a little further. You know it?s really good when we walk away saying, wow that was fantastic!!

Went out for an early dinner, was absolute terrific. We started with fried dumplings, crisp outside and tender soft inside and did three different Sushi rolls all of it was Great. Service was friendly and quick. We were very pleased with the whole experance.
