Starbucks - Saint Charles

The parking situation is notoriously bad, and we all know that. However, the real issue lies in the behavior of some customers. It's no wonder that people don't want to work when they have to deal with such entitled attitudes. If you have a chip on your shoulder, can't express gratitude, or are just rude and impatient, perhaps it's best to stay home. The hardworking staff deserve so much better. Thank you to all the employees who give their best to serve us. You are truly appreciated!

Don't order curbside here. I waited for over 20 minutes. Then I went in to get my drink (and cake pop which they didnt even have in stock but let me order online) and they had to remake it since it was watered down.

This place used to be one of my favorites, but for the past five months, every drink I order here has either a rancid, burnt taste, or a mix of both. Most of the time, their espresso tastes like old cigarette water. Drinks from other locations are fantastic, so I don't know what's going on with the ingredients here, but it's really disappointing!

This outlet stands out from other starbucks locations near by. Exclusive location.

This review is not a reflection of the employees at this location they are doing their best to provide quality service despite the fact that Starbucks just doesn?t care that they are struggling. It?s been two weeks that mobile order has been turned off due to ?staffing issues?. Starbucks needs to stop playing games and treat your employees like people. PAY THEM BETTER AND HIRE SUPPORT SO THE CUSTOMERS DONT HAVE TO GET ON GOOGLE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES BECAUSE THEY INCONVENIENCE US?YOUR CUSTOMERS!
