Taco Bell - Saint Charles

I placed an order through Postmates for four items and requested 16 mild sauce packets. However, they refused to provide that many. I typically use four packets for each item, which left my poor Postmate having to call me for guidance. It was absolutely absurd. If you won't fulfill such requests, don't make it an option during the ordering process. Additionally, I found this Taco Bell to be pricier than others in the area.

This is a brand new Taco Bell, but during my last two visits, my orders have been messed up and required corrections. Additionally, the front staff seemed to lose focus and walked away from me in the middle of placing my order. I think I’ll drive to a different location next time, as I can’t keep my food cold while waiting for them to fix my order.

I requested a black bean Crunchwrap for someone with a milk allergy and made it very clear. I asked politely, but it seemed like my request was not taken seriously. The wrap was loaded with cheese. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have food allergies.

I love her power menu. High protein and low calories.

Girlfriend went there today. Rude staff. Forgot drink, employee came back to window with an attitude like she was disturbing her time because she?s got better things to do lol. Shoved the drink in my girlfriends hands. Terrible attitudes. Terrible service for being a ?new owner?. You can compare the experience to that of a toilet bowl that has been used and abused and hasn?t been flushed in years. This place is but a skid mark in the underpants of society.
