Dunkin' - SAINT CLAIR

The indoor dining area is currently closed due to COVID restrictions, but you can still pick up orders during the day, and the drive-thru is open 24 hours. The staff here is friendly and helpful, and they usually get orders right. If there is an issue, they address it quickly. The outdoor dining area and restrooms are clean and regularly disinfected. However, I did notice some downsides, such as very long lines in the drive-thru, especially during peak hours. Additionally, the parking lot can be quite limited due to the size of the strip. While this is not the fault of the restaurant, it can affect the overall experience.

I was just in the store and a few people were before me and although they did an online order or an app order, the girl at the front desk did not even look up to say hello thank you or you are welcome to ANY. So I turned around and went out

I paid $5 for a drink that wasn't filled to the top. I also had to wait a long time in this special store after ordering just one drink on the app. It felt like an excessive wait before I even arrived.

As always, the line was quite long. However, it's definitely worth the wait, even when it's raining. Since you can't enter the establishment after 6 PM in St. Clair, you don't really have another option. Everything was fresh and enjoyable, and the quality was consistently good. That's all we really ask for.

Normally a good experience in the drive thru they typically get my order right and great customer service but I decided to go inside for a change because the line was so long. I had a horrible experience to start to my morning starting with getting flipped off by a rude in-the-wrong customer coming out there parking lot. I finally get inside to place my order , customer service could be better and they got my whole order wrong . Never again .
