The food was excellent, earning a solid 4 out of 5; I especially recommend the cheeseburger, which was delicious and satisfying. The service was also commendable, receiving a 4 out of 5—attentive and friendly staff made for a pleasant meal. Lastly, the atmosphere was simply fantastic, with an inviting ambiance that deserves a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a great lunch!

Ordered takeout and they forgot to put in a baked potato. The boneless “wings” had good flavor but not too meaty and after the first two bites all the rest of them had grizzle and parts I couldn’t chew. Not very appetizing. Prices are in the midrange. I feel like if I dined in and knew what most people ordered than it would be a much better experience. The atmosphere looks laid back and friendly. Lots of boaters as it’s right on the Pine River just inside the bridge to the St. Clair River. So great location with patio seating on the river side. I’d try it again for sure under different circumstances. I remember this place as Burkhart’s Bar where my mom worked and it has a lot of nostalgia for my family and old time locals. It was a very different place back then. Local hangout for friends from US and Canada. It had great burgers and pickles- this is when the barmaids cooked on the grill and served rounds! There was a pool table or two. I wish it was more like that today. Soooo- guess I’m a bit bias. Food: 3 Service: 3

We had a wonderful evening by the water just before it gets too chilly to enjoy outdoor dining. The service was excellent, the food was top-notch, and the atmosphere was simply perfect. Overall, a fantastic experience!
