Red Lobster - Saint Clairsville

The atmosphere is okay. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits are always good. The Lobster Bisque is not good. The Ultimate Feast meals are good, but not worth $30+ dollars each. I always leave Red Lobster kind of disappointed.

We always enjoy dinning here. The food is hot and plentiful. Service is good and the staff is courteous

Hadn't been here in a long time and was very disappointed. First off, the prices are MUCH higher that it should be for the food. If I'm getting regular to good quality food that I can get at any other restaurant around here (example: Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel, Outback, etc. then I would expect the prices to be at least close to those places. But nope, average price for an entree with a normal portion and 2 sides is about $25 dollars, (that's assuming you don't get a drink or appetizer twice what anyone else is charging for almost the same thing. Our server just disappeared after our food was there, no refills on water, condiments or biscuits for the whole duration of our visit after our food arrived (about 20 minutes . There was hardly anyone in the restaurant at that point either, I finally went up front to ask for our check so we could leave and someone else tracked her down. I'd stay away, if you really want food of this quality and have to eat at the Plaza, I'd say just go to Outback instead. It's got better everything except for the crab rolls. *UPDATE* filled out a survey on their website using the link and code they provided, eventually got to the one running the local restaurant and they were very professional and courteous. They also sent me a gift card to give them another chance. Well handled at least, thank you for that Red Lobster.

I had the shrimp, it was decent, wasn't anything special, for a seafood place, I would expect a bit better. My brother had the coconut shrimp and the flavor is great, a bit sweet, but good.

I don't eat very much seafood but gave Red Lobster a shot for something different. Server was friendly but not overbearing. Food was great and despite being very busy it was brought out pretty quickly. Their menu has some options that change daily and they also provide a takeout option if your in a hurry. Overall it ended up being a good choice and would definitely recommend.
