L'Indus - Saint-Dizier

I don't often comment, but the indus is an institution in st diz....I like their kitchen that is made home and especially their pizzas ...often I can't take anything else because I go there for that when I go around. the Taulier has its character and has not changed at least for more than 30 years at the tete of this restaurant!!! we love or not but it's not there to shine the pumps... messages to all people who think they're VIPs. The servers and cuistos have not been changed since the last time I've been there but in any case they've always been cool. Anyway, I hope it's gonna stay long enough so I can come to disguise my santa lucia with cremia supplement and onions...because after it's a little bit of a kebbab or other mold thing...
