Behind a simple map hides a real search, that of taste and top quality foods. To choose, we will be guided by Philippe, the head of the house. Useful advice, we enjoyed each other. Beer-flat weddings and very successful flat wine. A top address in Saint-Gilles (but don't tell everyone).

Excellent evening at the charcuterie! Each portion to be shared was excellent, the Chieffe and her husband doing the service are super nice. The meats are very well chosen and well prepared. Small disappointment for wine, which was not bad but not unforgettable either, and the choice is quite limited.

A delicious culinary adventure, valued by a superb setting (a former Brussels-listed charcuterie and renovated with respect) and highlighted by the warmth of the reception of the two tenors, Ana and Olivier. Listening to them highlight the particularity of each of their products and suppliers adds to the treat... To recommend without hesitation!
