We had the most wonderful night here we had the scallops/prawn entree with truffle sauce that was exquisite then steak cooked to perfection. Then nougat desert and crepes. The service was attentive, the chef came to see if we enjoyed our meal and to ask if he could improve on anything. We cannot suggest any improvements and are thankful we found out about this gem. If visiting this area treat yourself to a great meal. Thank you to the team at Furneaux!

Fantastic French restaurant in beautiful St Helens. I was lucky to get a table here after someone else has cancelled on the day. So it is worth booking early as it is extremely popular. Wow! We were greeted by a chef when we arrived, followed by the Maître’D, Rhiannon. Brilliant service from Rhiannon the entire time even when it stepped out to be almost a full house she was doing it all. This included a gorgeous sorbet special anniversary dessert by another chef, Jonathan. Outstanding chef. Food was divine with a special taster at the start. Extremely impressed clearly why this restaurant is one of the best in Tassie! Thank you so much Rhiannon Jonathan.
