The service here is excellent. And less people than the richmond one, compared to the last time I went, so I highly recommend this location. The oat milk base is very good, recommend that one.

Service so good it's almost too much (i.e. they will apologize for finding you refilling your own drink) but I believe that's what they're known for. Otherwise it's tasty hotpot.

We reserved but still waited 45 minutes to get seated. They said customers just wouldn't leave but its the responsibility of the establishment to uphold the service. Not only that, they said theyll give us 10% off but they forgot about it at check out! Paid for the sauce bar but the selections were really limited, utensils were dirty, and i saw bug wing in the jelly...just go to dolar hot pot next time...

Really great service, they helped us have a wonderful first hotpot experience. The food was delicious and there are so many options. The staff are delightful and very attentive. I absolutely recommend doing here.Dietary restrictions: Very good about making sure there were no food options included that had any of our allergy foods.

We went to celebrate CNY on Feb 12/24 for dinner. All the staff were extremely nice helpful especially the young waiter, Xiao Yi who served us. He's new but the service he provided was amazing way beyond anyone expected throughout our dinner, at least in Vancouver. What do I know?! At the end he even escort my aging Daddy outside the restaurant to get on the vehicle. While we were waiting for our ride for just a few minutes, he got us warm water. I'm just speechless for his marvellous service. Thank you so much Xiao Yi, you made our evening really enjoyable My aging Daddy was so happy forgot all his body pain? Foods are great fresh! We will definitely go back to this location!
