Le Saint Jean - Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat

We had a pizza and wine on Venetian night. The location couldn't have been better and we had a most enjoyable evening. Understandably the restaurant was extremely busy so service was under great pressure. However it was fine and we left shortly before midnight feeling very happy with our good luck in finding a seat at this very basic pizzeria!

Stopped by today and the waitress was so rude we went across the street. What happened? Why buy a place or lease a place and destroy everything that was good about it.

We stopped here for lunch half way through our "Cap Walk". Beautiful location and lovely pizzas, but unfriendly service. The people on the next table asked for the umbrella to be put up on a lovely sunny day, but this was refused, the bill arrived before being requested. Service with a smile combined with the good food and superb location could make this place really good!

We were twelve walkers who stopped for lunch last Sunday lunchtime.I had the pizza and house wine, pizza was very good and the wine was good.Everyone was happy with the meal and service, I will go back and recommend the restaurant if you are in St Jean.

Stopped for a late lunch after 2pm and settled on this place. Looked ok apart from the inevitable smokers. Ordered pizza and drinks. Pizzas were ok and arrived relatively quickly. two pizzas and 3 drinks 37.00 Euros. Brought the bill quickly without asking if we wanted anything else which we did. So new drink ordered and new bill promptly arrived, doesn't really encourage you to linger. Toilet door lock broken and didn't flush.
