It was a while since I had eaten at this place, but when I had eaten there, the service is great, fast, the food is good. This week there was a door-sh order and it was ready when I came in.

They are always super late on orders. Waited 25 minutes after the promised order. And that was the first time?

As they sold to large companies, service and personnel are terrible. Disappoint.

Firehouse in my opinion is one of the best places to get a sub in town, especially since I prefer hot sandwiches over cold sandwiches. I highly recommend the Hook Ladder, the Engineer, the NY Steamer or the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar, but really everything is good here. Also try the datil pepper sauce! This location has a lot of seating, so it is a great spot. Service is always fast and friendly too.
