Dunkin' - Saint Johnsbury

Walked in on the tail end of a nasty fight among employees. Many walked out on the job, leaving two people to do all the work. Only wanted a latte but the machine is broken indefinitely, but no signs indicating that anywhere. Coffee that we did get wasso-so, probably because they were still reeling from the fighting. Atmosphere was really uncomfortable. Hopefully they can getit cleared up soon.

The manager is completely rude and disrespectful. It 's no wonder why there is always new people working. First hand witnessed her yelling at the new girl, don 't ask questions just go look! I could keep going about all the rude things I 've witnessed but I 'll stop. Will NEVER go back to this Dunkin 's simply because how management treats customers and employees! Completely disgusted!! Service: 1

Ordered ahead multiple times with 20 minutes before, food/drink not ready on pickup. Ordered on site, waited a long time for food, got sandwich that was burned. Employees always fighting, ovens broken, etc. Other local, non chain cafes in town. Would recommend visiting other establishments and avoid the chaos. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast

This Dunkin' consistently provides excellent service, and the food is usually spot on as well. Today, I accidentally placed my mobile order twice, which I typically do. The staff was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue, even though it was my mistake, not theirs. Overall, they enhanced the experience by being polite and respectful while handling the situation. For that, along with all the other positive aspects, I give it 5 stars!
