Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Saint Joseph

After the 20-minute wait (and I'm not exaggerating), the manager finally told me it would be faster to come inside. She seemed clearly stressed, but I couldn't understand why, as there were three employees and only eight customers inside the restaurant, with no one else in line. Despite this, she wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. I then waited an additional five minutes inside for my smoothie, and when I finally received it, it was chunky and not blended properly (I ordered the detox island green). Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. It may be time for them to consider finding a new shift manager.

Much more to Tropical Smoothie than we thought! We had no idea they have sandwiches, wraps, healthy alternatives to your regular lunch, and much more! We had a Bahama Mama smoothie and a buffalo chicken wrap and it was amazing!!! Can't wait to try some of the other menu items!

Ordered detox smoothie, tried sweet potato side, and thai chicken wrap. Every bite was a taste explosion...I love it, and will definitely be returning. Appreciate healthier options than the usual grease covered everything, and I feel more energetic and healthy when I choose them. Thankyou for opening this here in Saint Joseph!

I love Tropical Smoothie, but this is my least favorite location I've been to. Overall, the staff is nice but seem mostly interested in talking amongst themselves will sometimes take a little while to get around to taking your order. I love getting the santa fe chicken quesadilla from TS, but several times I've had a bad experience with it here. I've gotten unmelted cheese and luke-warm chicken at my worst visit, but I've also gotten an unsliced quesadilla which makes eating while driving hard, and a time when my quesadilla was slightly burnt. The quesadilla comes with salsa too, and every time but 1 I ordered it, I had to remind the servicemember about the salsa.

I like this place they have amazing smoothies. The only thing I don’t like is their Baja wrap it’s super nasty and is bitter and sour. Don’t ever get that. P Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
