Carnivore Stl - Saint Louis

We had made a reservation for our anniversary and came a little early for happy hour we ended up sitting at the bar the whole night! Service was great the whole time. We started with a couple beers and wine and gradually went into bourbon drinks all great and top notch cocktails! We started with French fries (omg so thin and crispy! , arancini balls (St. Louis style with provel! , and fried artichokes. All were so good and we could barely eat our dinner haha! My fiancé got the ribeye and I got the filet with their house garlic potatoes the potatoes are literally those whole mini potatoes in garlic sauce, they're good, but we'll probably try something different next time. Both steaks were cooked to perfection, but the ribeye was VERY fatty and about half the steak was fat and bone. My fiancé also got a chocolate martini which he loved! The atmosphere is very bright, lots of windows, and very modern. It was extremely welcoming and clean. Definitely a great addition to The Hill not like every other Italian restaurant. There's definitely better steak spots in the city but this one is awesome for convenience.

Went there for my birthday and had brunch. Had the steak and eggs. Everything was very well seasoned cooked to perfection. I am not a grits person but these grits were worth eating every last bite. The biscuits were homemade and the accompanying butters were very good. Looking forward to being back soon and trying dinner

Super friendly staff. Wonderful menu. Carry out taco kits are *chefs kiss* Never had a time that we didn't enjoy our experience at Carnivore

Brunch got the Carnivore Breakfast. Scrambled eggs didn't look like what I call scrambled. The bacon was just ok. Seems the potatoes were cooked way before being served to me. The coffee was very good. Love the atmosphere and will be back but ordering something different.

Carnivore is awesome! Delicious food and ice cold beer. The steak sandwich and bruschetta are fabulous. They have great brunch as well. Would highly recommend to everyone.
