Halls Ferry Chop Suey - Saint Louis

I've been dining at this restaurant for over a decade and it's one of the few Chinese places I really enjoy. Generally, their food is excellent. However, I've been quite disappointed lately as they haven't been open. I've tried a few other restaurants in the meantime, but none of their food even comes close!

The way they prepare their food feels like a blast from the past, reminiscent of the 80s and 90s. I absolutely love it!

Very good,fresh taste and no hard grains of rice... people must learn that you can't rush the cook. st paul's, fried noodles,and special fried or steamed rice are a must have. I've been eating here for over 20 years.
