Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Always love going to Lee's. Love the employees always. Still having issues with livers. But I'm sure they will get there

Most of the workers have bad manners If you tell them you order is or you don't promote their challenges such as apple pies or lemonade. Half the time I'm barely able to buy my food. And just out of curiosity who wins the contest employee or the store? All that makes customers not want to patronize the company.

Went today asked for hot and fresh chicken. Got to the window and it wasn't fresh mildly warm. Asked to get fresh and I would wait no problem. Waited an extra 15 minutes just to get the same chicken refried smh. Last time I go to Lee's period.

We visited this Lee's for lunch on 09/27/21, which was my first time at this location. I was greeted upon entry by 3 different individuals. As a paying customer, I appreciate being acknowledged. The person who took our orders and served our food is named Beverly. She showed outstanding customer service skills through displaying attentiveness, patience, respect, sincerity, and great verbal communication. We were so grateful for her service. Next, I walked into a nicely cleaned restroom. Finally, we enjoyed our fresh, hot, and delicious food.

Had hair in my food my son I are eating n choking on hair! Then I call the act like can?t hear me after putting me on o hold for the 10 f time! I am very disappointed ! I loved Lee?s ! I really think I?d be scared to eat at another Lee?s again . This is so sad
