Moreover, we have from the last 10 orders there only 1 was right! only 1. it is so sad that we love her eating, but they can not seem to get her act together. If they weren't so close, I would never go to this place again. I would recommend to everyone if possible to stay away from it.
I have a young friend I met who worked at three other st. louis bread co sites when we met first. I wrote an original poem for her on Valentine's Day.
I met a friend here and always enjoy Breadco. I love their clean food and always enjoy their teas.
They did not have the rolls I ordered on-line well ahead for rapid pickup and I didn 't find out until driving 15 minutes out of my way and finding nothing on the shelf. Needing them for dinner, I was prepared to be a little upset, but the manager did his best to find an appropriate substitute while not charging for my order...all while being very friendly. This is the way it 's supposed to be done, but it 's rare to find such great customer service anymore. So, while I 'm disappointed I am happy to return. I have always been impressed with this Panera and it 's hometown feel.
Interestingly, it seemed that her attention was disproportionately directed at the Black kids, as she continued to engage with the white kids in a much more respectful manner. This behavior felt very inappropriate. If I, as an adult, were to stop by and chat with a friend while they were eating—without having purchased anything—I would be furious if I were told to buy something or leave. Just because they're teenagers doesn't mean they shouldn't be treated with respect. Additionally, just because they didn’t buy anything today doesn’t mean they won't in the future. After being reprimanded for simply spending time with friends after school, why would they feel inclined to return? This experience has left me questioning whether I want to support a place where the staff seem more focused on reprimanding high schoolers than on attending to paying customers.
