Írjon visszajelzéstI ordered a plain hamburger. I received a cheeseburger. When I brought it to the cashiers attention, she quickly got offensive and said that I should 've ordered a SINGLE STEAK BURGER . Mmmmm, maybe you should follow suit and close down like other locations.
Hard to beat a delicious double smashburger with cheese and fries for $4. The drive-thru is a little slow, but the service was great. The employee at the window wore a mask and gloves and was processing payments contactlessly.
The best part about this review is I got my money back. I order a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and wait over Twenty minutes and get this. I could see if I waited 20 minutes and got a decent burger, but this is insane.
Still a decent place for burgers. However, SS has lost some of its charm over the years.
The service was incredibly efficient, but unfortunately, they do not make patty melts or orange freezes at the Steak 'n Shake on Natural Bridge Road. I was really disappointed.
