Taco Bell - Saint Louis

The worst experience I've ever had. The lady in the speaker screams, I can help you. Because I wasn't far enough the first time because the guy had a follower in front of us. I said there was no need to yell at me. She said she's not giving me food now. I didn't know we were treating people today. Happy holidays for me. I will never go to this place again

As always with this location never except to get your entire order. They missed items again, now I have to sit in the drive through with 20 other cars just to get the 2 missing items. If you are planning on eating from here. Choose a different location. This is the last time I will ever go to this location. Just found out that they are out of mild sauce. This location is very poorly managed. After spending another 30 minutes in the drive through I finally got my 2 missing tacos and the rest of my order is cold. When it comes to the employees they also need to understand that the mask is not a chin diaper, it belongs over their face.

Honestly the food is ok. Today I actually received all my ordered items. Except for the sauce. I even asked the guy at the window. Is the sauce already in the bag? Yeah, of course! I should have looked closer in the bag.

I ate there for lunch today and noticed that I had mold in my 5 dollar nacho box. Not to mention the guy working the drive thrue was not nice. Hope I dont get sick I had eaten some of the nachos before I saw the mold. I will not eat taco bell anymore after that!!!

Clean inside and out! Restrooms clean. I did have to wait about 4 minutes for the employee to take my order inside,even though nobody was inside the dining area. Still deserves 5stars Hot freshly made food. I had the power bowl....delicious!
