Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Generally, this Freddy's location is quite good, but today was an exception. I ordered a number 3 with all the toppings except for the sauce. However, I received a burger without any toppings, no sauce, and there was also an extra patty. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I was really disappointed with my order.

I really enjoy the burgers and absolutely love the special jalapeño sauce! However, I wish the fries were a bit larger and easier to eat, and I would appreciate a better selection of diet sodas for those who prefer them.

Good food, good prices and great staff. Will return.

Freddy's has become our new favorite steak burger place. It is better than the old standby of Steak n Shake and the fries are amazing. Throwing the option to purchase Custard with your meal and their delicious fry sauce and you have a winner that keeps the kids asking to return every time. Fresh, hot, fast and generous with giving back to the community. You won't go wrong eating a meal at Freddy's!

My family and I usually enjoy dining at Freddy's, but this visit was disappointing, largely due to the service. I placed an order through the drive-thru, and when I reached the end, I mentioned that I was a veteran. The employee instructed me to inform them at the window, which I assumed would be the same person. When I got to the window, I told the girl I was a veteran, and she took my card but then walked away, seemingly ignoring me. It felt like the appreciation for veterans was lacking this time around. It’s not about the small discount I would have received; it's more about the principle of recognition. Additionally, when another girl took over to put lids on our drinks, she struggled with one of them because ice cream was spilling over the edge of the cup. Instead of using a napkin or utensil, she used her fingers to push it back into the drink. I really don’t like the idea of someone putting their fingers in my drink.
