Imo's Pizza - Saint Peters

I usually don't have a problem with the St. Peter site, but today I have it. The approximate arrival time of the pizza was 12-22 minutes. I didn't call pizza after 40 minutes and was told that the driver called sick (what is good), but why would You don't call the customer to let me know that my pizza wouldn't be on time? When the driver was here, I told her that I knew it wasn't her fault and asked why they didn't report me? The driver said to call, but they didn't listen. If they had called, they wouldn't have got that bad review.

Haven't had a bad experience at this location ever! Food is always accurate and on time. Staff is always friendly and the building is always clean. Got an order on the way now and I'm excited about it .

Win 2 stars for him great customer service from phone call to pick up, but unfortunately the pizza missed the Imos brand! Did they use propel cheese? Didn't it cost? Or was the cheese old I was not sure, but definitely different from Saint Louis location!

The personal was very rude and unprofessional. I placed an online order as I arrived, they did not recognize my annoyance while they continued to call. I waited 7 minutes and the situation didn't change! I spoke up and was treated iike an outside! that was my first and my last visit! I hate to call it what it was. racism in real time!

Honestly terrible forgot my ranch and sweet and tasty sauce. Then give me burned chicken. Try to call and complain said it was new oil and a new batch would look the same.
