Ceviche Tapas Bar Restaurant (st. Petersburg)

The service started off quite slow, as we waited 15 minutes before being attended to by a server. However, once Amanda arrived, the pacing improved significantly. She was fantastic—dedicated and courteous throughout our visit. As for the food, it was as delicious as ever!

Absolutely delicious! The ceviche and paella were the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this place. It's a bit on the pricier side for the portion sizes, but the quality is outstanding.

We have been fans of this restaurant for many years, even when it was in its previous location. The newly renovated restaurant is absolutely stunning. The paella is delightful and definitely worth the wait. Be sure to try the patatas bravas and the gazpacho too!

Definitely a must-visit if you're in the area. the charcuterie was beyond my expectations by far, and of course the ceviche was wonderful, although mild. pretty much everything else was a hit, too. it was crowded at times but worth it, enough that my party went two days in a row :
