Írjon visszajelzéstThe manager, Mary, treats you in a condescending manner, almost like a child. While she may not raise her voice, I suspect she likes to assert control, claiming to be in AA. There was an unsettling incident where she put her hand on my shoulder, seemingly trying to confine me, which the General Manager witnessed. This experience has left me feeling scared. I believe she should be more professional, especially considering that I was the only employee serving in the restaurant consistently since my first day for the entire month. After experiencing a seizure in my sleep a week following this incident, customers expressed their concern and suggested I take a break. Additionally, I sustained a broken hand from glass while working here.
This morning, we decided to give breakfast a try, hoping for a better experience with perhaps a different staff. Once again, we had to ask for menus and coffee creamers. The level of inefficiency and poor customer service is disappointing, especially for a Hilton establishment.
I found the food to be quite disappointing. For $22, I received two fried grouper tacos that were mostly just battered bits with a side of canned salsa for flavor. If it was indeed grouper, it was certainly not worth the price. Overall, my meal of tacos and two beers came to $38. I've visited this restaurant a few times recently and haven't been impressed. I suggest you consider going somewhere else instead.
Here for a conference. The restaurant itself is not very busy, but the waiters are inconspicuous and inefficient. The Hostess also does not have exact information about guests and rooms and it is difficult to load breakfast to the room. Buffet food was good.
Did the breakfast buffet during our stay. There was a wonderful selection included in the $17 price. However, the strawberries looked old so we had to bypass those. Also, they ran out of cereal and oatmeal bowls but the waitress was kind enough to run back and grab us a couple. Our waitress was especially nice to my children and engaged with them as much as she did with me. That is appreciated as kids don't often get that. Would definitely like to try their lunch and dinner menus during the next hotel stay.
