I will recommend anyone for clam environment and nice food with customer friendly staff

Doesn't make the best pizza in Mauritius but it's still good. Work needs to be done on the management service but it's OK since it depends on which day you're going in. Hygiene control is also pretty good and there's a public restroom close for the shopping mall. Overall it's a nice place to go and eat with your friends and family and I'm satisfied but like I said before, serious work needed on management service since there are times they'll be slow.

The taste of the pizzas is fair, which is something I’ve enjoyed in the past, and the quality remains decent. However, it feels like some changes have negatively impacted the overall experience. One major downside is the steep increase in prices. It’s disheartening to see such a significant rise in the cost of their pizzas. This price hike has made it hard for me to justify frequent visits, especially when there are other pizzerias in the area that offer similar quality at more reasonable prices. As for waiting times, they have been fair. The staff generally manages to serve the pizzas within a reasonable timeframe, which I appreciate. However, I have been seriously disappointed with their delivery service. It appears that Pizza Inn prioritizes delivering to distant locations while neglecting those that are closer. This inconsistency in their delivery policy is quite frustrating and limits access for customers in nearby areas. Despite these disappointments, I recognize the efforts made by the staff to maintain decent quality and reasonable waiting times. Still, the negative aspects—namely the significant price increase and the subpar delivery service for nearby customers—cannot be overlooked. Overall, based on my recent experiences, I can no longer wholeheartedly recommend Pizza Inn. I sincerely hope they take these concerns into account and work on improving these areas, as it would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. *Note: This review reflects my personal experience, and others may have different opinions based on their encounters with Pizza Inn.*

I was really impressed with my recent delivery experience! My food arrived ahead of schedule and was piping hot and delicious. The delivery person was familiar with the area, which made it easy to describe my location. The receipt had the staff name Allan on it; if he's the delivery guy, please give him a big thank you from me! Cheers to your team—you all did an amazing job! Even the person who took my order handled everything like a pro, efficiently managing five customers ahead of me.

Kendra Mall becomes quite deserted after 8:00 PM, so it's best to avoid going there after 7:00 PM. Most shops and boutiques close around 7:00, leaving the food court largely empty. The main dining options available are Pizza Inn and KFC, but overall, the atmosphere lacks vibrancy, and there aren't many people around.
