This place is a gem! We stopped in lunch on a road trip and had the best patty melt with onion rings. The building itself does not look like much, but don’t let that keep you away. They are serving great food inside with friendly service! I would recommend this place!

We have come through twice a year for the last few years. The old owner is back and treats everyone like family. Country fried steak and eggs were the best I’ve ever had. Hash browns cooked to perfection. Perfectly buttered toast. This place is a must stop if you’re in the area. My husband had the french toast and if I wasn’t so full from my huge portion of food I would’ve eaten his too! Can’t wait to come back.

Another complete plate café. That's the beef chop. 9.95. Gteat for this simple comfort food, the cook said he doesn't like to leave empty spaces on the plates. Also, I would like to note... another resort-style restaurant in the area has decided to weigh up their burgers and squeeze them flat at only 5 ounces, and they feel somehow entitled to charge over 8.00 for one. BUT THIS NOT ONLY! The cook at the OK Cafe will roll a handful of ground beef n form it fresh as it is ordered. He explained that most of the time the burgers are bigger than the rolls that it is laid on. His boss likes he's doing it like that because he brings customers back. The café and casino are closed, but the card lock and parking lot are available for overnight parking. There is a portable toilet on site. It's a very quiet area for sleeping.
