Towne - Saint-Sauveur

I am not sure where to begin! The newest restaurant in Sauveur exceeded my expectations. Although it was not my first time visiting, I felt compelled to share my thoughts in a review. The atmosphere is casual and the new decor is vibrant. My initial experience was fantastic - I always start with oysters and they were incredibly fresh, with a delightful oceanic aroma. I dined with my girlfriend, and she absolutely loved the Tuna Tataki. It is a must-try for any tuna enthusiast! The service was excellent, despite the crowded restaurant. Our server remained composed, professional, and displayed a great personality. I also tried the veal Marsala, which ranks among the top three I have ever had. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to individuals of all ages.

The food was good but the restaurant was cold after asking twice they raised the heat. We were the only table of and there were men seated at the bar. The hostess and female bartender were very preoccupied with these guests. We felt like we were in a sports bar not a restaurant.

Best restaurant up-nort The perfect balance between coziness of the country and the modernness of the city. Perfect for all occasions and the food was simply amazing.
