La Bergerie - Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise

We had a lovely meal again at this local restaurant that has been taken over this season by the Restoleil Group. They have new friendly staff and a new menu which captures local french mountain dishes as well as a variety of other meat and fish dishes catering for families and couples. They also offer a takeaway menu as well with pizza and pasta. The service was excellent and the staff were extremely attentive even though they were all new and had only been open for 10 days. They have developed the decking in front of the restaurant for some Apres skiing. Well done, we will be back.

Lovely meal with very attentive service. My Uncle Alex pork rib was delicious and so tender..would recommend a visit as this is a nice rustic restaurant in a lovely setting.

1 hour into our visit and no wine. 2 hours and no main course. Queried a few times. Had to leave without anything other than bread, wine and starter. Very disappointing after many many years of coming to this restaurant.

Friendly restaurant accepting large tables. The food is good and the prices are correct.

Too bad it belongs to a large group of sudden the quality of the charcuterie is not to meet you. But great team!
