Zhǎng Bīng Wèi Ruò Bāng Zhī Diàn

This is a great yakitori place with an owner and his wife who have done this for decades. Very showa style, the food is delicious. Surprising for a yakitori place is half the menu sushi and seafood. The owner is friendly and will try to use English if you need it with different degrees of success. Come early as this place fills up quickly; all later that 5:30 and you will probably find yourself out of luck. Heck, I went once on Saturday at 5:00 (if they open) and they were already full.

佐方では、東京の焼鳥レストランで高級和食を堪能できます。 蒸しは20分前から焼き上げるので、かばやきや白焼きもおいしく。 刻まれた野菜は、すべての皮をむいたカツラであり、必須の料理です。

焼鳥だけではなく色々な一品料理も楽しめる焼き鳥屋さんです。 まず行ったらメニュー表の上段から攻めましょう。 上段の一品料理はその日だけの料理があるからです。 ちなみに、上段で定番はきざみ野菜、かに寄せ豆腐、はぶたえ豆腐、エビすり身天、うなぎ等。 あと、お父さん、お母さん共に年齢を重ねて来たため暖簾を入れる時間が早くなっているので、行かれる際には遅くとも１９時かな。
