Thunder Mountain Buffet - Salamanca

Food was cold. Very disappointed in the variety of the food. The food looked like it was sitting for hours. Don't mind to pay for good food but Thunder Mountains Buffet is NOT worth it. We went Saturday 8/12/2023.

I wish i would have read the reviews before coming. The food is dry and mostly tasteless. The variety is sad for the amount they are charging. The shrimp has no taste, the chicken has the consistency of a bag of sand and the only redeeming food was the bread from the basket. Our server was attentive and friendly, though. Skip this one and go somewhere that tastes good.

It's been 3 years since I have been to this buffet. The last time, the food was great. I don't know what happen between now and then. The food was disgusting. It felt like it was warmed in a microwave from a bag. My plates were dirty and grimy. My drink glass was sticky and gross. I was so disappointed. Never going back.

The food is good but not a large selection. It is not worth the $21 for the weekend buffet but I split a coupon with another family in line so $11 made it worth it. Lots of pasta/ gluten items to fill you up, which I can't eat. I like more fresh, steamed or roasted veggies, more meat options and a larger dessert selection!

Not good at all. All the food tasted processed and mediocre at best. Not worth the $20 you would pay full price to eat here. You are better off going to one of the other restaurants in the casino. On top of the poor food, my mom found a FLY in her food. Absolutely disgusting. The manager was very nice and comped our meals even though we only paid for one and used the free vouchers for the others. Dont recommend and wouldn't eat here again even if I had a free voucher.
