Livingstone Premium Salamanca

I have to say this place is in for a health inspection. The sweet and sour sauce had a yellowish layer like mold or rotten, the food like rice dry and made from at least the day before, the chicken was reheated for who knows how many times, the dirty dishes underneath that had grease at least the 6 look at me, there were macaroni with mushroom sauce and the sauce was cut at least... I don't know what else I can say but not only do I not recommend it but also that is totally denounceable.

And i have to say that the owner plays a big part in this He speaks English and is happy to talk you through the vast amount of gins he has recommending the best for GandT, Martini cocktail etc... Nice location outstanding value (premium drinks for around 5 quid) Sadly it’s too far to call it a local....

This bar is ideal for quality drinks, cocktails and a superb relaxed atmosphere. Most certainly, a hidden gem in a quiet square right next to the main attraction in Salamanca, the Main Square (Plaza Mayor). I enjoyed its long list of premium drinks, its polite service and its relaxed nonchalant atmosphere. And... it offers outstanding value for money.

The place is absolutely a non event but the worst of all the the terrible manners of Manager, Fernando. Unprofessional and not worth visiting. Go anywhere else around where you'll get a much better feeling of what salamanca is all about.

Excellent in the service, good cups, very comfortable on the sofa that gives to the window. They were kind enough to invite my mother to the chamomile.
