Dutch Bros Coffee - Salem

The restaurant has two large lines that converge into one poorly organized line, with people constantly cutting in front of each other and causing confusion. One drive-thru window is unused, perhaps intended for walk-up customers, but in rainy Oregon, no one uses it. This results in everyone crowding into the single open window line.

I have noticed some people complaining about the drive-thru in the reviews - like seriously, it's just 5 more minutes of waiting. Some people these days. Anyway, the staff is lovely and the drinks are delicious!

This is the slowest Dutch Bros in Salem. They don't make your drinks in the order you placed them, so if you're in a hurry, this might not be the best option for you. Additionally, they don't make hand-blended extra thick rebels. When they hand me my drink, it's always melted.

This place does the two lines into one and somebody or even two people always try to cut in front of you when merging..
