Happy Bibimbap - Salem

We are regular customers here. The owner and the servers go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us. The owner, a very sweet Korean lady, sometimes gives hugs; and when I wouldn't let her because I was coming down with something she gave us a large container of a Korean soup on the house and said it would cure me ASAP. We have our favorite entrees but we enjoy the banchan, Korean side dishes, that add such variety to the meal. They know what we like best and always give us extra. And they serve the community by closing every Monday to feed the homeless. We enjoy the food here and they treat you like family. It's a great place!

We were blown away by how tasty the food was, and we are Asian food snobs who have also lived in or visited Korea. We loved the Happy Bibimbop, Jap Chae noodles and kalbi soup. The staff really looked after our table (we had toddlers). Definitely coming back!

Great spot! Super tasty food and super nice people working here. There is a parking lot next door and also street parking everywhere. Lunch specials make it a super affordable option also! We really enjoyed the bulgogi, the scallion pancake, and the seaweed salad but the mandoo was tooooo goooood! Everything was delicious and consumed.

Not sure why this restaurant is ranked so high. I've been to good korean restaurants. the main dishes here are not fresh and not good. service is good but i would rather have good food.
