Írjon visszajelzéstThis was the worst experience in fast food. Not just in the quality but the service from the management. On Thursday night the manager on duty was disrespectful and rude and refused correct the problem of my food being partially over cooked to the point of burnt. The other employees agreed it should thrown away and to issue a new order. But due to pure laziness this stocky heavy set Spanish female who refused to give her name approached me with attitude asking what was the problem after putting her hands in the food and proceeding to tell me only 1 thing would be replaced.! REALLY…Who does that? I love Long John’s and have spent a lot of money there. Usually I’m treating with respect and I must say the other employees were kind but this woman was awful and should not deal with the public. Someone said her name was (Sanchez) will be contacting Corp .
I put my order in through drive- thru had to park and wait for them to make it, mind you, my order included fries but only had seven fries lol. I thought about asking for the rest of my fries after making me wait but it was raining alot and i was 25 minutes from home hungry and tired, so i didn't bother. Next time you make people wait for their food make sure you give them what they pay for and not a half empty box.
Taco Bell was alright. Not so much with Long John Silver's... They didn't have any drinks (pop machine broken) nor any sauces. Napkins were out too. No forks either. The fish was wet and dry (from Long John Silver's). The kiosk was only for Taco Bell, which could be a problem since this place is empty and understaffed. Long wait times as well.Vegetarian options: You can ask the staff to replace meat in most items with black beans, or select it in the kiosk.
There was only one employee taking orders, and she was taking care of the drive-thru. When she decided to wait on me, I ordered the L2 (2 chicken meal) and add a piece of fish and said that I would like fries as my side. I paid, thought that it was a bit much $18, but I sat down to wait since she said that it would be 10 minutes. As I was waiting, I reviewed my receipt and noticed a separate change for fries. I took my receipt up to the counter to inquire. She thought that I wanted an additional order of fries and went to get the manager for a refund, but by that time my food arrived. I told them not to worry about it. The food was fresh and tastes like what I expect from LJS.
Place gets alot of hate but the employees are very nice, the place is very clean and food is semi edible. Place is also very cheap which in today's climate is very much a
