Small business with killer food. Vegetarian options: We had a Mediterranean style wrap with hummus

It’s been three years since I’ve had this place and I am literally still thinking about it to this day. I got to tag along on a business trip with my bf and explored Salem for one of the days he had to work, got lunch at this place, amazing. Took my bf the following day to explore Salem and we got a Togo thing of soup ever time we passed by this place. I got to try about 5 different soups in my two short days in Salem. SOUP FACTORY JUST KNOW IM STILL THINKING ABOUT YOU!

I ordered a sandwich didn't realize he was just going to pull it out pre-made it was incredibly small and the wrap bread disintegrated when I unwrapped it it felt like it was made yesterday or the day before. $14.00 half sandwich with a coke and chips. Never again!!

Soup was good, rolls were great. Nice variety of flavors.Service was a lady scooping soup into a bowl. Not much to it so pretty good I guess.Atmosphere was pretty crowded, definitely more of a grab and go place.

The soup is amazing, perfect for a cold New England day. They even let you sample it first. I had the chicken and vegetables; they ask if you want noodles, which I did. I paired it with bread that had a nice, flaky crust, was soft inside, and perfect for sopping up extra broth. The soup itself had lots of delicious flavor and was fresh. I wish I had brought home a gallon of the stuff for later. The service is fast and friendly. The space is small and clean.
