Phil's Grill - Salem

I absolutely adore the service at this establishment - it is very friendly and the food is incredible! My partner and I don't dine out often, but when we do, we look for a place where we can feel comfortable and this restaurant has everything we need for a wonderful dining experience. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy spot to hang out with great people. The new owner is out of this world!

This is a new restaurant for me, and so far I am enjoying it. I have always been able to find an open pool table, which is a big plus for me. The new diamond tables and new balls have made it a place that I keep coming back to. The staff is friendly and on a first name basis with customers, and the menu offers a good variety of options. I have yet to try the biscuits and gravy, but there are soups, steaks, sandwiches, and more to choose from. I do have specific dietary needs and have asked for the French fries with less or no salt, which the staff has been accommodating with. They are willing to make patrons feel comfortable and are open to feedback and suggestions. While there is still room for improvement, the management is responsive and willing to make changes based on customer input. Overall, I have had a positive experience at this restaurant.

The restaurant offers delicious food and plenty of space for pool. However, as a new property, they faced challenges in terms of rebuilding and obtaining licenses at short notice. I would recommend visiting during the summer, especially if you plan on using the pool, as it is a significant feature of the establishment. Due to its popularity during peak times, patrons may need to order drinks at the bar themselves because of the large crowds.

Okay, normally I wouldn't go into a bar with my son at 10 o'clock, but. I did it! this place was recommended by a car repair business on the road where we were. while we wait, we decided to eat there as it was in a distance and we waited for our vehicle. the whole experience was amazing! jackie was very warm and friendly and made us feel at home! we have played pool and even invited some friends in front of location to accompany us! eating was fantastic and cheap. there were a few people who both eat and play pool, but also the customers were great! they could not help but the flow of people, the food orders of return happy customers that some jackie seemed to know with names. all in all I was pleasantly surprised to have such a great experience in a bar.
