South Liberty Grill - Salem

The food was absolute garbage. $20 meal and was worse than something that would come out of a bag. Bartender was by far the rudest with snarling face attitude. Very disappointing. The last straw was my second drink had a bunch of crumb floaties in it. Then she tried to charge me for it. Cool place but wouldn't recommend ordering anything that's not normal fried bar food.

Last night As soon as I walked up to the bar the bartender looked at me and my friend(not saying it matter but I’m black he’s Mexican) and asked us if we have cash because the card machine didn’t work and the atm was down. I was confused because we just walked. I said ok thanks for telling me but I felt like I wasn’t wanted there so I left. On my way out the door I walked by the atm and took $20 out and knew she was lying about it wasn’t working. I personally felt like she didn’t want to serve us because I was black and my friend was Mexican

Had Brunch with friends and really enjoyed our meals. We got the 2 x 2 (2 eggs, 2 sausage links (or 2 bacon slices, Hash browns, and toast) and our Bloody Mary was only $2

Everything’s about $2-$3 more than it should be. They’re cash only on weekend nights, which is annoying. They refuse to update their POS system. The sound staging is terrible, so good luck having a conversation if there’s music. Food’s alright.

Cash only on the weekend? So dumb. Looks like someone is avoiding paying taxes.
