Koto Grill & Sushi - Salem

Koto is our go-to vegan takeout. Her vegan spicy chicken (it is baked mushrooms) her vegan “tuna” sushi options, and every vegan noodle dish was great. You can always ask for no egg in roasted rice. Nice people.

I have the Onigiri special and potato catsu (not sure whether vegan, I think it was vegetarian. They were able to make the Poke Bowl gf for my celiac partner and made it fresh! Large kitchen staff

There were many vegan options! Usually marked as a vegetarian in the menu, with a few things that are also labeled vegan. Great portions. I have the Vegan Kimchi soup, a crispy sushi roll and the vegan Onigiri. Loved all of them

Absolutely delicious place in Salem with good hours, not usually too busy and excellent vegan options. Can't recommend the Danny Roll very much. Every time we get to Witch City.

So many vegan options! My favorites are the cauliflower app, Tofu Chow Foon, vegan tuna sushi, and Danny’s roll (mango, sweet potato, and avocado). The staff are super nice and the mixed drinks are great. Always have a great experience.
