A 3 star sandwich, no more. There were three of us trying this sandwich for the first time and I must say that I had very high expectations which were partially met. The sandwich itself is certainly good, the ingredients differentiate well from each other and are of medium-high quality. The ability to create your own burger is a very positive thing. The frying at the beginning, a potato croquette with mortadella and pistachio cream, I must say was not at all as it was presented. The pistachio cream was completely tasteless, almost as if it had been diluted with water and in fact it had a strange green colour, and the mortadella cream had a light but strange flavour; only positive thing was the potato croquette which was normal. The service was quite disorganized, waitresses were quite slow both in ordering and in helping us choose what to eat, so much so that one of them had clear difficulties in communicating with us customers, probably because she was a foreigner and not fully fluent in the language, orders served before others. The gloves you use to eat your sandwich have two problems: 1) they are totally unsized and even when M or L is written on them, the size is actually the same; 2) they smell like plastic in a shocking way, in fact I haven't used them. I 'll start by saying that I don 't like food porn burger joints but the possibility of composing my own sandwich allowed me to discover a good product.
