Auntie Rita's Jamaican Cuisine - Salina

We JUST ate here and I have to say we are all blown away. My husband says the j sauce is the best he has ever had. The kiddo says the chicken is a million out of ten lol. We are so happy and the food is absolutely delicious. The restaurant is clean and laid back. I would absolutely recommend coming here if you're in town.Food: 5/5

Ordered chicken curry, my husband ordered Ox Tail for his first time ever (he was scared), kids had chicken strips and our baby got the mac n cheese.... EVERY SINGLE ITEM was AMAZING!! My husband ate all his oxtail. And we both helped eat the mac n cheese, which was the best mac n cheese I've had anywhere! And I've had some really delicious mac n cheese! The chicken curry was on the bone and a sweet curry, super delicious and melted off the bone.... the cabbage was good too, like a cooked/heated coleslaw. A great experience!Oh, and we had to get a second order of plantains to go, because I ate the whole first order solo and didn't share.

Stopped in on our way home. Had the j chicken and brown stew chicken dinners. Both were delicious! Super friendly staff. Very clean restaurant. Definitely recommend.Food: 5/5

Good food, maybe a bit pricey for the area. $46 for 2 entree's and a side of Onion rings. (Waters to drink)It's good and if money is no object I wouldn't be surprised if this is the best food in Town, nice change of pace from the average Kansas Fare of Burgers or fried meat.
