Chili's Grill - Salina

They must have been short on the staff, we had a 15-minute waiting time and saw around there was hardly anyone. that didn't upset us at all. what was annoying was that we were sitting at 12:05, we asked for playagsmen from the host who said he would get them to us. the waitress is there. We ordered water and told her the host said he would pick us up the menus we wanted. She looked confused and said I'm going to be back in one. of what I could see and watch, she had a party table ready to go. we sat without menus and drinks up to 12:35. not even the waitress came back or looked after us. we stood up and went while he was watching us and told us not a single word.

The worst cheeseburger I've ever eaten. it was bone-dried and tasted as if it was blown into light liquid and baked with charcoal before it was burned on the grill. it went right into the müll, because I wouldn't even feed the splint. if they spend $17 for a burger and pommes and they would think they would get something that is at least edible. will not come back.

A terrible service. could not get the food right. suppe was cold. will never come back

We came in (party of 4) waited 20 minutes for waiting staff who never came while the hostess and other staff members before the restaurant giggling. this is now the second bad evaluation I have written this place. no wonder they had only 3 cars in the partie during the lunch break.

Not allowed to see my bill. Money and tip were automatically stolen from my account. Management was less than useless at resolving issues. Food was ok. Far from great. Service was ok. A failure.
