The Hot Spot - Salina

What a charming and delicious hamburger spot! I discovered it after a day of rockhounding. The food reminded me of the way things used to be, just how a burger should taste! I was so hungry that I completely forgot to snap photos of the perfectly crafted hamburger, the Bacon Cheeseburger, and the fries. Luckily, I managed to grab a lovely picture of the incredible artwork on the wall. Hats off to this hidden gem!

Absolutely fantastic! This is a must-visit spot. The service was prompt and friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable! Just keep in mind that you might end up paying a bit more than what’s listed on the menu, as the final prices can be slightly higher. However, even with the additional charges, it remains very affordable and the food is still amazing!

This place easily surpasses any fast food chain. Just be sure to double-check your order, as we find that about 8 out of 10 times something is missing. Other than that, it's a fantastic restaurant!

My girlfriend and I stopped in November of last year on our way to Capitol Reef and Escalante. It was so good I’m writing this eight months later! Definitely always going to stop when traveling out to the swell or any reason I’m passing through town. We loved the retro style of the building, and the good old fashioned feeling of ordering at a window on the corner. But this food, oh my word. Dear heavens. I’m willing to bet most every single ingredient in my burger was local. Every ingredient had a noticeable difference, the only thing that compares is when I’ve grilled burgers with local, fresh beef. But I’m telling you the burger I had that day was one I will always remember and want to stop by for again. We both loved our dinner, thank you to The Hot Spot!
