The flavor is always good and the service is always good, and I really appreciate the fact that they source organic food when available. Unfortunately the only reason I give them a four-star rather than a five star is because the steak they use has a lot of gristle and they haven’t been able to correct that.

I am usually impressed with the service here. But they got my order wrong . I was disappointed when I got home and I had all my toppings wrong. Ordered a chicken bowl on brown rice I got white it had great big green peppers dont like green peppers and asked for black beans got the kidney. Totally wrong dont recommend ordering online they mess it all up.

They workers are friendly, but the mobile ordering at this location is TRASH. Out of my last 4 orders, 3 of them were incorrect, or missing items. Due to the pandemic, all the orders were sealed and I didn't notice until I actually got home and checked the food. Make sure to open your order and verify the items are correct. Also, ask for a receipt when ordering in person. I used a free meal credit for the last order, which was given to me for them screwing up the order before that, and they ended up charging me for the free meal anyways. It's almost worth driving to Sand City and avoiding this location all together.
