Elli's Great American - Salinas

Blue Cheese Steak Flatbread was underwhelming . The amount of steak was teeny tiny. It was missing some items described and usually comes with. It was basically a head of lettuce with a tiny sprinkle of tomatoes and bacon. The flat bread itself was a huge portion and really delicious. asked for side of Ranch. But it was not good... you should really stop serving that to anyone. plus it was not cold salad dressing. kind of bummed it seems like there was not a lot of love or preparation taken for a $26.00 item. Appreciated that we asked for condiments and they were given. Hubby enjoyed the California Club Croissant ... as his usual order. Fries... scant amount but were still warm. Ordered soup and it didn't come so that was a bummer. But Doordash gave a credit. Wish I could leave a better review. But food has been kind of declining... packaged nicely.

Salad is a lot smaller then the one in the restaurant I've had it : and for $20 isn't worth it...don't recommend ordering it unless your eating it in the restaurant l.

I’m not sure why I don’t visit this place more often, but that’s definitely going to change because everything I’ve ordered here has always been excellent. Elli's never disappoints, and I’m really glad I decided to come. I ordered a tri-tip sandwich, and it was outstanding. I’m not a huge fan of the massive onion rings I got, but they were still good. From now on, I will definitely be a regular. The staff always welcomes you with a smile, which made my visit very enjoyable. Thank you once again!

(Update) I returned yesterday and ordered the fried calamari again, along with a fish taco and a quinoa salad. The quinoa salad was the standout dish—absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend trying it. Our server, Eric, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made for a truly wonderful experience. Thank you!

The Asian chicken salad was fantastic, with fresh ingredients. The pesto chicken pizza was delightful as well!
