Taco Bell - Salinas

Additionally, all the tables in the lobby were incredibly dirty. I even noticed a swastika on the bathroom ceiling and the sink was covered in some dark substance. On the bright side, the staff seemed to be enjoying themselves as they played music in the kitchen.

This location is tidy, and the staff is friendly and efficient. My food was prepared quickly and tasted exactly as expected. I will definitely return to this Taco Bell whenever I'm in the area. It's conveniently situated near the freeway, making it easy to find.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The manager often brings her child along, who can be quite disruptive, calling out for her mother. The daughter is rude to the staff, and they seem to be fed up with her behavior. She even demands food and threatens to report them to her mom.

This has been by far my worst experience at Taco Bell! We get there no one is at the front counter, so, we order on the portal thing. 30 mins later and no one on drive-thru 2 people in the lobby that got there after us, we got our order and it was wrong. I ordered nacho fries, 3 taco combo n a drink, also 5-layer combo and drink. We never got our drinks or the nacho fries, they just left the order on the counter and did not call it out so I don’t know how long the order had been sitting there. I tell them we are missing the nacho fries, one lady looks at the tray and walks away, tells a guy about it. A girl who is taking orders on drive-thru comes and asks to take my order, I said we already order and I wasn’t even finished when she said “ah okay and started to walk away.” I said hey I’m trying to tell you something, she points at me and says “wait give me a minute,” I said excu, and she cut me off again saying “give me a minute, while she pointed at me. Then she had the audacity to go to her coworkers and tell them that I was being rude, all of this in Spanish. Little did she know that I am Mexican and I understood every word! Never again will I go to this Taco. Bell on Vierra Canyon Rd. Prunedale. And these nasty looking fries were thrown in a small bag and all sideways that’s why they look so nasty!

2 months ago we were shorted food, rather than make it right the manager on duty questioned our integrity then made us wait 25 minutes to remake what was shorted (no one else was there getting food). I submitted a complaint to TB and they sent me 2 $5 coupons. We revisited tonight and the second we pulled out a coupon they shook their heads that they don’t accept them here. I told the manager “esme” how we got them then she said…we were just really busy so we couldn’t take it. This location is a joke. I could care less about the $5 but the principal of the matter is they have horrible customer service. We won’t be back!
