Service was slow as s and the person in front was rude. Waited for 30 minutes for 2 drinks with only 3 people in front of us.
I have been coming here everyday and today was charged. 45 cents for light ice. I was told they have been charging that for 5 months. As a daily starbucks customer this is the first time I have ever been charged for light ice. I will be driving to Sherwood gardens from now on.
16 minutes to make one drink with 1 group of 2 people ahead of me. Instead they prioritized the target employee that they gave a free drink to 10 minutes after i placed my order. Such a bad starbucks. Will never order from here again
Bad customer service. They get distracted talking to their co workers while we're trying to pay or order.
