Dunkin' - Salisbury

I really enjoy Dunkin' Donuts, but unfortunately, every time I order a drink with cold foam, they consistently forget to add it. It may seem like a small issue, but it's frustrating to pay an extra fee for something that never gets included. When I do ask for the cold foam to be added, they often put the wrong type on, which ends up ruining my coffee experience.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. The server didn't know how to take our order and the person delivering our drinks had a bad attitude and was talking rudely. They need to work on their customer service skills and at least pretend to be friendly, considering they are getting paid for it.

I go there all the time. The staff are very chill and efficient at what they do. The building is cooled in the summer as well! Nothing like being able to stop for a dragon fruit refresher and cool off while I'm out running errands!

I visit this place several times a day for coffee and iced tea, but half the time they only have green tea. Have they stopped making regular tea?

I love dunkin, very friendly staff, my mother was earlier manager and saw all the bad things they did.
