Katana Japanese Fusion - Salisbury

The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable!

I have visited this restaurant over 20 times and have never been let down. The sushi is consistently incredible, as is everything else on their menu. The service is both warm and prompt. My roommate and I were regulars for almost a year before moving to a different city. When we returned for dinner over a year later, our favorite waiter still remembered us. Without a doubt, this is the best sushi spot in Salisbury. The staff make you feel like part of their family. Additionally, the kimchi fries are a must-try if you enjoy loaded fries. I would rate this restaurant 13 out of 10.

The sushi was incredible! The hibachi was cooked perfectly. The scallops were delicious. The service was good. My favorite part was the sake and sushi.

Went with friends to eat tonight. Wait time was decent. Took a while to get a waiter to get drinks. Food came very fast. Will definitely go again.

Katana is amazing food quality and service wise. I'm often here and I'll go back. Eating quickly comes out, and servers are always polite and quick to act. I had no bad experience here and can not recommend it enough
