Lucky Star - Salisbury

Got delivery tonight and it was amazing as always and delivered in less than 30 minutes!! lucky star has been my favorite restaurant for over 4 years, thank you to the staff for always being so wonderful!

Most of the time great we mostly order for take out. I don’t like vegetables on my Chinese and now they add more then just Broccoli to General Tsos chicken. We ask for no veggies every time too. Sometimes I’m guessing depending on who’s cooking it can be dry and or hard and at times rather spicy compared to normal.

Will never order for delivery again. Was told 45 min, ended up being 75 min. Had to call the place to find out where our dinner was. When food arrived it was room temp. Good food, but will do carry out in the future.

Order food from there last night. I had a coupon that would've saved me a good amount on an $80+ dinner for my family. I ordered a pickup order and the woman at the front desk was rushing me and kept asking if I was done ordering yet. She then told me when I ordered teriyaki beef sticks that she's never heard of them and they don't sell them even though they're in the appetizers menu. I go there to pick up my order and try to use the coupon but she ran through my card without using the coupon and when I asked if she could redo the transaction she said that she doesn't know how to do that and to just use my coupon next time. It was a bad experience, they messed up my order too. They gave me white rice instead of fried, I was missing an egg roll and the sushi was the wrong kind. Definitely not going back again. Otherwise the food wa pretty good taste wise for what was right in the order but I probably won't be back again because of the service.

Not only were we rushed off the phone while ordering, I walked in to pick up my order but the woman was on her personal cell phone sitting down for a long time. Although she had a customer, it was not important enough for her to end the call. I stood waiting and she finally started getting my stuff, still on the phone and did not address me until she finished her call.
