Marco's Pizza - Salisbury

This location is hit or miss. Some days they are very good then on some days are very bad. If your order has a deep discounted coupon expect to have the bare minimum for toppings. I'm beginning to give up on this location.

My favorite pizza of the pizza chains. Cheesey bread is always a must and a nice Italian salad thst comes with meat and cheese. The only issues I have had were when we used to order delivery. On 3 occasions we got the wrong salad and one time we received the wrong pizza. 2 of those times the driver came back and brought the correct items. The 3rd time they told us they were bringing the correct salad but never came back. Wasn't a huge deal but I can see how that could be for some people.

Not the worst pizza place to work, but very close. I've been there for over a year. A whole crew quit, I stayed out of loyalty. Then I wasn't scheduled for 3 weeks in a row. You pay terrible unless you wanted to become a manager. When I finally went to my uniform and got my last check, the manager I had never seen was super rude and said I had no check. Travis I don't know what you think. You need to get better people.

This place has established us several times. Tonight was the last straw. You messed up one of our pizzas, and then we had to go up again. Without telling us to bring the other cold pizza, my brother took it back 20 minutes away and was told that he could not get the pizza, the double value of the one she gave us. The manager was smart on the phone and offered no empathy or support. We decided to take back the pizza they gave us to get back the money for the BBQ pizza they forgot us. We won't be back soon. We have hesitated trying a new pizza place for the last year, and finally broke down and ordered a Marco's Pizza, very satisfied with our first pizzas, we have already decided we would likely order again in a week or two for pizza night. The staff was friendly, restaurant we as clean and neat, signage easy to read, and overall a good looking place. Also I'll note it's a drive for us, there are about 4 other chain pizza joints closer than Marco's, so tht says a lot.
